Bor & co. operates a single laboratory in Bali. Every commission is engineered, not crafted: the body is scanned, the geometry simulated in CAD, and the hardware fabricated to sub-millimeter tolerance. We don't catalog. We configure.
The lab accepts a limited number of System Initializations per week so every unit gets bench-time at micron tolerance. Once your scan is on file, future commissions deploy from your Permanent Digital Profile without a re-scan.

Before you brief
Does it hurt?
No. The intraoral scan is non-contact — a wand captures dental geometry without pressure. Hardware seats by friction-fit at the bench. Nothing is drilled, filed, or adhered to your teeth.
Is it permanent?
No. Snap-Fit is reversible by design. Detach in seconds; re-seat in seconds. Operating ceiling is 8 hours of continuous wear per day — meals and sleep off the unit.
Can I eat with them on?
Not recommended. The hardware is engineered for wear, not chewing. Mastication through the unit accelerates wear on both the metal and the underlying enamel. Care protocol →
Will it affect my speech?
Briefly. Sibilants (/s/, /sh/) drift for the first 24–48 hours of continuous wear as the tongue re-maps the occlusal volume. Recalibration typically completes within 2–3 sessions.
How long does it last?
Decades, if worn within spec. The hardware itself doesn't wear — sub-25-micron geometry is fabricated in solid metal. The Snap-Fit surface tolerates re-seating indefinitely; stone settings carry a lifetime re-set guarantee on every unit we ship.
What about my dentist?
Bring them in. Removable, non-adhesive, sub-25-micron-tolerance hardware sits within most dental-care plans. If yours has questions, we'll ship the material spec on request.
Operational
What's the fabrication lead time?
1–2 standard units: 7–10 days. 3–5 units: ~2 weeks. 6–10 units: ~3 weeks. A full set of 20: 3–4 weeks. Iced units add 1–6 weeks depending on stone count.
Express fabrication (3–4 days) is available for standard units — IDR 500,000, subject to bench availability.
Outside Bali — can I still commission a unit?
Yes. Two protocols: order a remote mold kit and capture impressions at home, or get an intraoral 3D scan at a local dentist and transmit the file. Hardware ships internationally via DHL Express (2–10 business days).
What's a remote mold kit?
IDR 200,000. Two trays per kit — pick two upper, two lower, or one of each. Ships to Indonesian addresses or pickup at the lab. For commissions outside Indonesia, a local dental scan is faster.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — but booking is strongly recommended. The lab operates by appointment: each System Initialization takes time, and we keep no inventory to walk out with. Book a fitting →
What types of jewelry do you make?
Grillz and signet rings. Grillz: removable snap-fit dental hardware — solid caps, open-face caps, overlays, bridges, and gap fillers. Rings: terrain-mapped signet rings cast in silver and gold. Tooth gems, permanent dental jewelry, and off-the-shelf inventory are out of scope.
What's the return protocol?
Snap-Fit is guaranteed — one free re-calibration, then full refund if the unit still fails to seat. Cancel before the scan: full refund. After the scan: refund minus IDR 200,000 per jaw.
